He has successfully developed and implemented multi-faceted productivity initiatives as a consultant and guided teams to achieve peak performance as a business leader.

DeShawn has a strong background in finance and private equity. Prior to his work in the financial sector, he held the position of Head of Operations for a global bank lobbying firm based in Washington, DC. Starting his career as a management consultant, DeShawn gained comprehensive experience in analytics, sales, and project management, advising companies across five continents. His educational background includes an M.B.A and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics from Pennsylvania State University. Furthermore, he holds certificates in management accounting from Duke University, project management from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black-Belt in lean process methodology. With over 12 years of experience, Eriq brings extensive knowledge in financial analysis and decision-making to his role. He is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and specializes in conducting analysis related to client transitions to remote work and office space expansion/consolidation. Eriq’s expertise in ratings analysis and strategy consulting makes him a valuable asset to Cubicly and its clients. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University.
